The New Year is here and we wish you all the very best of luck for it.
If you are anything like me, you also have that feeling that now nothing is going to hold us back. No-one will stand in our way and we can truly start building those dreams we’ve been chasing.
If this sounds familiar, then you, like me, must also ask yourself ‘Why?’. Why do I have to wait a whole year to pass for me to feel this way? Why don’t I feel like this every morning when I get up?
Totally stumped, I’ve come up with an even better question and one I very much intend to answer.
HOW? How do I do it? How will I achieve this feeling every morning? How do I start?
Pondering these questions I’ve realised two very important truths.
1. We won’t get it by partying as if it was NYE every day, and
2. This one can’t/won’t be just another quick fix or New Year’s resolution.
So I’m making it my mission to answer these questions and invite you to join me on a journey of self exploration and actualization. Feel free to send through my way anything that you think might aid us on our journey, we will do this together.

We’ve had some queries about Saturday morning classes, from a few of our students. Logistics aside, we would like to hear from you if we should go ahead and start one up again. We will however require a fair number of you to commit to such a class for it to work. Think about it and let us know please.
